Lexmark
Space planning
MR&A
This project applies to the arrangement of Lexmark premises, of 2’700 m2, spread on three floors in the International Center Cointrin, in Geneva. MR&A managed entirely this mandate, which made greatly easier the programme execution. The new layout had to plan for 150 workstations in open-plan spaces, about twenty offices, spaces dedicated to co-working, numerous video conference and meeting room, a reception area, workstations available for guests, a cafeteria, coffee carts, several storage zones and relaxation spaces.
The building facades are entirely made of glass and metal which requires a specific consideration as for open-plan offices structure in order to maximize users’ comfort. Security measures regarding distances, fire detection, lighting, markings and entrances were adapted and completed in order to conform with directives.
In charge of the project management , MR&A was responsible for coordination, budget monitoring, and space planning.
