Nemaco launches Signy Business Park

On behalf of Nemaco, the practice is really proud to be in charge of the architectural execution of Cytiva new premises. MR&A is also responsible in partnership with Gensler, an American design office, for the layout and the organisation of the workspaces of this company expert in life sciences, especially biological therapy. Signy Business Park buildings will reflect innovation and excellence search of their tenants.

Specifications of this aspiring project are quite demanding, and should lead to a delivery during the last quarter of 2021. The building spreads on 8’000 m² divided on three levels. Floors will include spaces dedicated to R&D teams as well as support functions with offices, open-plan spaces, a showroom, meeting and conference rooms, but also laboratories and a production site on the ground floor. Communal areas are planned to receive a cafeteria with an outside seating area. Cytiva guidelines will be carried out to the letter in order to offer a great quality site, respecting the corporate codes and with a perfect organisation between departments.

This project is entirely done with BIM for a better visualisation, coordination and an accurate follow-up of updated data.
