Les Jardins du Village, Etoy

MR&A

Vast parcel of real estate near Etoy centre, at the heart of vineyards. It is composed of twelve attached villas and two buildings of four and ten apartments. The aim of the project was to increase substantially the real estate in Etoy, while preserving the village spirit of the centre.

Each villa and apartment was sold before its construction, therefore, future owners could brighten up and modify their accommodation on both parts inside and outside. Thus, it was possible to imagine a conservatory, or to equip tailor-made kitchen and bathrooms. This aspect represented a real challenge for MR&A as much in project management as in budget monitoring. Indeed, each unit construction started as sales progressed and followed particular specifications.

Today, this programme is completely integrated with its environment and the bet of the village extension was won. MR&A was in charge of its architecture, design and project management.
